Our story began almost a year ago, then we had little money not enough to buy even a studio apartment. We had many years of experience of living in apartments with different living conditions and were in various locations. It wasn’t particularly pleasing, so we wanted to move into our own housing.

At that time, we looked through a lot of options and none was completely satisfying, it was either too expensive or too shabby. We never considered buying our own home because we thought that it is too fantastic. At the first time we heard about the BC Trembita, we only knew little about them in the area of leasing and townhouses. We decided not to consider the mortgage loans,because there is constant change in the country's economy and we thought it was risky venture. In the case of a company Trembita we had doubts, but I was assured that it will be possible to renegotiate the contract in case of difficulties with the payment, and we have seen that this is the true case.

We went to stay in Remniv vil.because we saw and liked it. We wondered whether there were apartments already built; it turned out that there were several apartments built along the Canadian housing technology.

We started to consider it,researechd and asked questions about it. We then signed a preliminary agreement of purchase and sale and made paid the first payment. At that time, some of our money was lent to friends, and we just did not have even halfof the money, but an agreement has been reached anyway. To the credit of the company I will say that the flexibility and the ability to negotiate is its strong side.

At the time of conclusion of the contract the apartment was not completely ready, I was assured that it would be ready in a very short time. In fact, it didn't take as long as stated. The monthly payments have also been postponed so we do not keep heavy heart because we were able to defer the money for decorations.

Now we have lived in our own apartment for more than six months; we are gradually doing the decorations. Of course, everything isn't set but we are satisfied with purchase and would not change it for any of the apartments previously leased to us.:)

We finally got a good enough sum of money for our own home. Previously, we had difficulties in searching for an apartment we liked, and which also had a good price.

We were looking for a two bedroom apartment which was away from the city center. You may ask why we stopped at the BC "Trembita"? It was because in the first place it did not have a high price in comparison with all the others that we had reviewed. We realized it is good value for money. Secondly, it has a good infrastructure with all amenities, independent heating with multi-functional boiler. And thirdly, it is a profitable investment, a housing property which has increasing value. I sincerely thank the developers.

Our dream was as of any young family, to have our own housing. Six of us had lived a long time in our two room apartment, with our parents. We have finally got own home in Remeniv vil. My husband and I wanted to own a house so much that had already decided to take an apartment on credit, but now its better not to mess with our banks, so we decided to forget about our housing until our finances and the economy was better.

We later considered the subject and spent half the nights browsing the internet in search of affordable house for us. We came across with BC "Trembita" and made a phone call in the morning. That same day we went to take a look at everything that was built there; its difficult to explain everything in words, we liked that the cottage towns are built with paved roads, we liked the landscape, it's closeness to the citywas great, it takes about 25 minutes by car. We chose a studio apartment there although we didn’t have all the money. We have organized a meeting with the Director of the Company and after talking to him, we decided that we would buy an apartment here, because there is only one such favorable installment payments scheme. At home we discussed everything once again. A few days later we concluded the preliminary contract and bought a home. Subsequently we met with neighbors who were nice people. Now, I often come to Remeniv, watch how builders are quickly and efficiently finishing everything. We are very satisfied. We already dream to complete it quicker and move into our cherished and dreamed apartment.
